Kofi is one of the founding endorsees of Bill Ludwig’s ‘WFL111’ drum company
Bill, pictured with Kofi below, is the only Ludwig family member that remains active in the marketplace, following in his father and grandfather’s legendary footsteps. Having worked with Ginger Baker back in the day, who was a Ludwig endorsee for many years, Bill says of Kofi:
“There’s that unmistakable DNA in Kofi’s drumming. The legend lives on and we are so proud to have him on our roster”
Kofi also uses a set of vintage Ludwig drums in Europe, has a set of Hudson Custom Drums and a Ford solid wood snare drum for studio work.
He plays Zildjian cymbals, Vater sticks, Aquarian drumheads, Peace Pedals & Hardware, Samson microphones mounted with Avantone Pro-Klamps. He also uses E pad practice pads and Revolution Drum Accessories.
